Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries
    3 c. washed, unpeeled and diced rhubarb
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (quick cooking kind)
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into
    1-inch
    pieces.
    Mix
    all ingredients together and let stand
    while
    making pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
