Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken breasts, cubed
    1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
    1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper and salt
    1 (4 oz.) mild green chilies
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion
    14 to 16 tortillas
Preparation
    Saute together the mushrooms and onion. Blend with the rest of the ingredients, except the tortillas.
