Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard (or dry mustard)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 - 2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons parsley (optional)
Preparation

Combine soup, mustard, worcestershire and horseradish.
Blend well and set aside.
Lightly beat egg and then add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of soup mix.
Add beef and mix well.
Make patties and brown in oil.
Combine remaining soup mix with water.
Pour over patties, cover, and cook over low heat 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve with parsley garnish!
