Taco Dip(Mr. Hendrickson'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can refried beans
    1 can Mexi-beans
    1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
    2 1/2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cilantro
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Put rest of ingredients in a large saucepan and heat on medium. Stir occasionally. Drain ground beef and onion. Add to other ingredients and stir well.
    Heat through.
    Put into crock-pot on low temperature to serve warm. Cover top with shredded cheese.
