Walnut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    pinch of salt
    2 c. ground walnuts
    1 tsp. rum
    1 tsp. almond extract
    8 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with sugar until very light.
    Add walnuts and the rest of the ingredients.
    Whip the egg whites until very stiff and fold gently into the mixture.
    Bake in 2 greased shallow cake pans at 325\u00b0
    for 45 minutes or until the cake leaves the sides of the pan.
