Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. lemon rind
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat until thickened. Serve warm on gingerbread.
