Zesty Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, skinned and cut into quarters
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon rind
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped rosemary
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. coarse drained Dijon mustard
    orange wedges
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Line broiler pan with foil.
    Arrange chicken quarters, bone side up.
    Sprinkle with lemon, rosemary, pepper and garlic.
    Broil 6 inches from broiler for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove pan from oven.
    Turn over and cook until juice runs clear (another 15 to 20 minutes).
    Remove from oven and coat chicken with mustard.
    Cook until brown.
    Serve with orange wedges.
