Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c raw sweet potatoes, grated
    1/2 c light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 c light corn syrup
    1 c milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    2 tbsp melted butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well. Pour into a buttered pan. Bake in oven 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serve with cream.
