Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon; mash fine.
    Add salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, beaten egg yolks, cracker crumbs and hot milk.
    Fold in egg whites, which have been beaten stiff.
    Pour into well-greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 5.
