Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut in small pieces
1 large bag Doritos
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place half of crushed Doritos in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Layer Doritos, chicken, onion and half of grated cheese.
Repeat layers and pour soup mixture over layers.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
