Crisp Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In small bowl, stir flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Beat margarine and peanut butter until smooth.
    Blend in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture and blend well.
    Dough may need refrigeration to easily shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork (dip fork in sugar if you choose).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 dozen.
