Arroz Con Pollo(Chicken With Rice) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken pieces
1/4 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper
2 medium onions, sliced thin
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. uncooked rice
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 qt. chicken broth
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil in 12-inch skillet until golden.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Remove from skillet.
Cook and stir in onions, green pepper, garlic and rice in skillet until oil is absorbed.
Stir in sauce and chicken broth.
Arrange chicken pieces over rice.
Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
