Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cut carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water with a little salt. Drain.
    Combine carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, soup and mustard together.
    Pour over vegetable mixture. Marinate 12 hours.
