Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. butter
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. instant butter pecan instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs 1 minute. Gradually add sugar, then add remaining ingredients and pecans last. Finish filling freezer with half and half.
