Black Bean Spirals - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
    3 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Beat cheeses, sour cream and onion salt in small mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Place beans in food processor or blender container; process until smooth.
    Spread thin layer of beans onto each tortilla; spread cheese mixture over beans.
    Roll tortillas up tightly.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Serve with salsa.
    Makes 12 servings.
