Fasula'S Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Boil spinach and cook 1 minute.
    Place spinach in strainer and press out all excess water. When spinach is strained, add bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Roll into balls (like meat balls) and fry in oil until brown. Add tomato sauce and you have a great substitute for regular meat balls.
