Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips bacon, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. frozen or fresh corn
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. light cream
Preparation

Fry finely chopped bacon until crisp; add onion and saute until soft.
Put corn through a food chopper; add to onion and bacon.
Cook until begins to brown.
Add butter, then flour.
Cook slowly for 3 minutes.
Add milk, salt and pepper; cook until thickened.
Then add cream; heat and stir until smooth.
