Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped, peeled cooking apples
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and add sour cream.
    Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
    Stir in apples. Pour in pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine margarine, brown sugar and remaining flour.
    Sprinkle over top of pie.
    Return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set; cool.
    Serve warm or cover and refrigerate.
    Makes 8 servings.
