Pork Vegetable Roast(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) pork roast
    garlic salt
    pepper
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in eighths
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
Preparation
    Place roast in 4-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper as desired.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, on cook level 3 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked, no longer pink and temperature of 170\u00b0 is reached.
    Turn roast over halfway through cooking time.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
