Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    12 slices French bread
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Microwave first three ingredients until melted.
    Blend well. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and lay 6 slices of bread on syrup mixture.
    Top with 6 more slices.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour on bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
