Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    4 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. smoke flavor
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 lb. sliced meat
Preparation
    Mix in a plastic bag; seal and put into refrigerator.
    Next day, mix again.
    Following day, mix and leave bag open in refrigerator.
    The next day, spread out on cookie sheets and put into oven.
    For electric ovens, cook on warm approximately 12 hours.
    For gas ovens, leave in oven with just pilot light for approximately 24 hours.
