Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Mix together beef, chicken rice soup, onions, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings.
    Form into balls.
    Brown on all sides in small amount of oil.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Add blend of mushroom soup and water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
