Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, crushed to a fine powder
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. rum
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    powdered sugar (for rolling and to coat hands during the process)
Preparation
    Mix rum and corn syrup, then combine with vanilla wafer crumbs,
    sugar, pecans and cocoa.
    Roll into balls the size of a walnut
    and
    roll
    each
    ball into powdered sugar to remove stickiness.
    Refrigerate on waxed paper or foil.
