Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes cream cheese
8 oz. whipping cream
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Mix it all together.
Add eggs; beat lightly again.
Grease pan with butter and dust with graham crackers.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 57 minutes or until surface is 1/2 set.
