Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained (optional)
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes (until vegetables are done).
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across the top.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
