Fruit N Roll With Cream Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    powdered sugar
    3/4 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cooked apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small snack raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Line with wax paper, grease and flour paper; Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in small bowl.
    Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until thick; beat in fruit.
    Stir in flour mixture; spread evenly into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
    Immediately loosen and turn cake onto prepared towel; carefully peel paper off, roll up cake and towel together, start with narrow end, cool on wire rack.
