Speedy Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. half and half cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
dash of salt and pepper

Preparation

Just mix in blender or shaker and serve over your favorite fish.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
