Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. coarsely chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients, then oil.
Add the beaten eggs.
Add chopped apples last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Top with a thin glaze or whipped topping.
