Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
18 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped bananas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Combine the flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
(Do not beat with mixer.)
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter in greased and floured 2 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for 28 to 30 minutes.
