Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    together
    Raisin
    Bran, buttermilk, oil, sugar and eggs. Mix
    together flour, soda and salt, then add to buttermilk mixture.
    Refrigerate
    for\t6 hours.
    Mixture keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator.
    Bake in lined muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
