Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. oatmeal (any kind)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    dash of salt
    cinnamon to taste
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    4 c. raw rhubarb (chunks)
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, butter, cinnamon and salt together.
    Put into a 10 x 13-inch pan, reserving a few crumbs for topping.
    Grease pan only if you desire.
