Blueberry Tea Cake - cooking recipe

1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Grease 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
Beat with wooden spoon.
Beat egg.
Beat in 2/3 cup sugar.
Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture alternately with milk.
Beat well.
Add butter and vanilla; beat.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter in pan and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
