Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    2/3 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease and heat in oven a small No. 5 skillet.
    Break 1 egg in bowl; beat with fork until frothy.
    Add corn meal and sweet milk.
    Bake for 25 minutes, crumble when cool. Brown lightly chopped onions and celery in butter.
    Add crumbled cornbread, 2 eggs (beaten) and pepper.
    Moisten with 1 1/4 cups chicken broth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
