Lemon Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
3 c. drained, cooked white beans
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Combine broth, carrots, celery, lemon juice and peel in saucepan.
Simmer covered until carrots are tender.
Stir in beans, parsley and pepper.
Heat and serve.
