Dessert Fruit Pizza(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry (12-inch sq.)
    1 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 California nectarines, sliced
    1 fresh California Bartlett pear, cored and sliced
    3 Tbsp. orange marmalade, warmed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    On large baking pan, place pastry. Fold edges under to form ridge.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Top with small dollops of Ricotta.
    Sprinkle with raisins, nuts and spices.
    Arrange fruit on top.
    Drizzle with marmalade.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pastry is puffed and brown.
