Peach Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (No. 303) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let stand until cool. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    Drain peaches and cut into small pieces.
    Add pineapple, nuts and marshmallows.
    Add cooled gelatin to fruit mixture and refrigerate until firm.
