Hasenpfeffer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, dressed
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    cooking oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces.
    Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown in hot cooking oil. Remove the meat, add flour to the pan, followed by 1 cup water and the meat, onion, bay leaf and garlic powder.
    Stir, cover and simmer until well done.
    Stir in the sour cream and heat again, but do not boil.
