German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 lb. bacon
vinegar
1 large onion
celery seed
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Boil with jackets on until done.
Set aside to cool.
While cooking potatoes, cut bacon into small pieces (partially frozen cuts best) and fry until crisp in large cast-iron skillet.
Peel potatoes while still warm.
Cut into bite size pieces.
