Garbanzo Ala King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. peas (frozen)
    3/4 tsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. water
    1 c. raw cashews
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. McKay's chicken style instant broth
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted*
Preparation
    Saute the vegetables in 2 tablespoons water and sesame oil until crispy tender.
    Put the remaining ingredients into a blender and process on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce is very smooth.
    Cook the sauce mixture with the sauteed vegetables on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
    Add 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, including liquid.
    Serve sauce on rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
