Cheesecake Made Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Crust: Combine butter, crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
