Ruby'S Pecan Coated Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (5 oz.) jars Roquefort cheese
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped pecan nuts
Preparation

Let cheese warm to room temperature, then beat together until light and fluffy and blended.
Beat in the onion and garlic.
Roll into ball, then in chopped nuts.
