Hash Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. thawed hash browns
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Put in greased casserole.
Crush cereal and stir in 1/4 cup butter, melted.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
