Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. very warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread flour
    regular flour
    1 beaten egg with 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in sugar and salt until completely dissolved.
    Beat in bread flour. Gradually stir in regular flour until dough is no longer sticky. Place dough on floured board.
    Knead for at least 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Round into a ball.
    Let dough rise 10 minutes in a warm place.
    Divide into 6 to 8 equal pieces. Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Roll each piece of dough into a 15 to 20-inch coil.
    Shape it into a pretzel.
    Salt one side of each pretzel and place them on a greased baking sheet.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
