Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1/4 stick margarine
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    chicken bouillon cubes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Split whole fryer down breast (for chicken breasts, just lay flat in roaster).
    Blot chicken with margarine.
    Add about 1/2 cup water, vinegar and bouillon cubes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
