Herbed Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
3 large, skinless and boneless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Sauterne wine
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Prepare rice using package directions. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in skillet with butter and cook slowly until brown. Spoon rice into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with chicken. Add soup to skillet. Slowly add wine, stirring until smooth. Add mushrooms. Bring to boil and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
