Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. water
    Boiling chicken or beef broth (good with small pieces of meat in broth)
Preparation
    Sift first 3 ingredients together; cut in shortening.
    Stir water and egg together and add to flour mixture.
    Roll very thin. Cut into squares and let rest 20 - 30 minutes.
    Drop into boiling broth.
    Cover & cook 20 minutes or until tender.
