Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. bananas, chopped
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir with a spoon until moist. Stir in vanilla, pineapple with juice and nuts. Add bananas. Pour batter in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes or until cake test done. Cool, then frost with cream cheese frosting.
