Burrito Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup salad oil
    4 8-inch flour tortillas
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 8-oz. can refried beans
    1/3 cup hot taco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (2 cups)
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 medium tomato, diced
    5 large pitted ripe olives, sliced
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, fry 1 tortilla at a time, about 30 seconds on each side until lightly browned and blistered. With tongs, remove tortilla to paper towels to drain. Discard any remaining oil.
