Baked Cajun Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, cut bite size
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil cabbage 10 minutes, uncovered, until tender-crisp. Drain.
    Place in casserole. Blend oleo and flour in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Saute 10 minutes.
    Add the milk and Cheddar Cheese. Blend well until melted.
    Pour over cabbage. Top with the bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (I use hot Mexican Velveeta cheese.)
