Cornflake Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
3 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff but not dry.
Gradually add sugar. Add flavoring.
Fold in coconut and cornflakes.
Drop by teaspoonful onto well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet as soon as removed from oven.
